Refund & Exchange Policy


You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:




The product is damaged in delivery. Please supply details.

Received  wrong item

Not the item that you ordered.

Order error

The item does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is  attributable to a website error or misinformation).


Please supply details.

You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note or bank statement). Please let us know if you think that the seafood delivered to you is not fresh. All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in the Refund and Return page. 

Kindly remind that your item cannot be returned after after you signed on the Delivery Order.

Refund & Exchange Policy 1. If you ordered live seafood, please open the box and check during arrival in front of our delivery man before signing the Delivery Order. Please return the Dead Seafood to our Delivery Man for the claim process.We will not entertain claims on dead seafood after you signed the Delivery Order. 2. If you find any water Crab (Meat is less than 70% Fullness) when you clean, cut and cook the crab, please send photos showing the inside meat condition (prefer both sides of the claws) and send to us immediately. We will not entertain claims on water crab after 48 hours from the time you received the crab. 3. If you find any of our prawns and lobsters meat mushy, please send photos showing the meat condition and we will replace it on the next purchased.
